    Damian is the one who came up with an idea of a versatile, yet high-quality headset and it’s always been his dream to make VR technology accessible to the largest number of people. He is responsible for the development and commercialization of the products, as well as overseeing the strategic direction of the company. He knows the technology inside out and is continuously aiming for achieving innovations.

    Basia is the initial point of contact for inbound requests or queries from community and customers. She’s responsible for creating relationships, building the company’s brand and managing the incoming media requests. She’s a careful listener to community’s needs and demands, making sure active and engaged community is gathered around Cmoar.

    Mateusz oversees the production process and manages supply chain. He’s also responsible for drawing up a production schedule, setting quality standards, and adjusting the production schedules if problems occur.

    Mateusz is responsible for creating Cmoar’s core technology. He designs electronic components and systems not only for Cmoar VR but also for a Motion Controller and Cmoar Suit. He carried out lots of testing procedures for electronic components so that Cmoar could be equipped with such a high-level technology. Impossible is nothing – that’s the phrase that describes him best!

    Sebastian is a CEO of Cmoar Studio, established over a year ago and working in close collaboration with Cmoar. He’s a Lead Programmer, a real expert in providing mobile VR content. Additionally, he’s involved in providing Cmoar with a remarkable software backup and creating a widely available SDK for Cmoar VR.
